Agreement:

Services:

The Company provides a variety of creative services as outlined on its website and social media platforms. These services include photography, vinyl canvas portraits, and digital graphics design.

Project Acceptance and Payment:

A formal project agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and deadlines will be provided for each project. Project acceptance and commencement will occur upon your written approval and receipt of the agreed-upon deposit.

Revision Policy:

A limited number of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge based on the complexity and scope of the revisions requested.

Copyright and Ownership:

The Company retains ownership of all copyright and intellectual property rights to any original creative work produced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of the content and imagery provided for projects.

Confidentiality:

The Company respects your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all client information.

Termination:

The Company or Client may terminate the agreement for any reason with written notice. Any outstanding fees will be due and payable in the event of termination.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Zambia.
